Views.
Situated on the first floor of the Georgian side of the main house with views down the River Derwent. Self-contained with a separate entrance. Two generous sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, sitting area and kitchenette. Accommodating a family of 4-5 comfortably, group of 5 friends travelling together or 2 couples enjoying time away. 6th guest (child) can be accommodated on request.
Wifi. iPad. Apple TV. Netflix. Sonos hifi with Spotify.
Kitchenettes in each main apartment are equipped with dishwashers, bar fridges, microwaves, kettles, sandwich toaster, toasters and coffee plungers. Please note that there are no formal cooking facilities.
The communal guest Courtyard has seating and natural gas BBQ. And Outhouse facilities include washing machine and clothes dryer.
Dining.
Enjoy treats from the Salamanca or the Farmers’ markets whilst taking in the views of the Derwent. The boats will be out for afternoon racing during the week or weekends.
Sleep.
Rest well in the comfortable and warm bedrooms. Many guests enjoy a bracing visit to Mt Wellington. We are often the the resting point for guests after their Tasmanian bushwalking adventure.
Relax.
Inviting sofas, music and a movie can enhance the holiday experience especially after a busy day at the galleries, markets or playgrounds! Or enjoy a selection of games or books from the bookshelf?
